Assisting older adults to remain independent by working with families, volunteers, funders, and other community partners. Maximizing the efficient use of funds and time entrusted to us, while maintaining a high ethical standards. Demonstrating passionate and empathetic commitment to each older adult's quality of life and independence.

Senior Outreach Program

  • Weekly check-in calls 

  • Events to get seniors out of their homes and connecting with others. 

  • Senior assistance (in home and out of home) 

  • Volunteer program to give seniors a sense of purpose by helping others.
